$500 - Payment Due Upon Registration

Additional Costs 
Team Jersey’s (Home and Away) and Team Inline Pants 
$65 per jersey ($130 total) - Jersey Costs - Home and Away
$65 - Custom Mt. Lebanon Inline Pants 

Player Fee covers 18 Game Season.

2. Registration -  Pay through PayPal Secure Online Payment -  SEE BELOW 
We have set up payment options per player (Includes  the mandatory  $16 AAU Insurance Fee 15 Player Fee covers 18 Game Season plus playoffs - $500 total

3 Uniform Payment  - Team Uniform - $185.00   (If needed) 

Team Uniform Includes...  2 Team Jersey’s (Home Blue  and Away White) and Team Inline Pants
